11 Account Suspension & Closure

89fb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms.

• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Any activity listed under the Prohibited Activities section.

In the event of account closure, legitimate funds (excluding bonuses and conditional winnings) will be returned, though withdrawals may be held until the investigation is complete. To voluntarily close your account upon request, please contact the support team.

12 Changes & Amendments

89fb reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Depending on the nature and significance of the change:
